Saki Hibino is an independent Journalist, Coordinator, Curator, Project manager who is based on Berlin and Tokyo.
Currently, She is involved in various projects beyond borders and cetegories as planning / direction, project management, writing and coordinator etc. Especially, the area is a cultural things such as art, music, contemporary dance, design, innovation. She is interested in cultures and urban development thorough art, design and latest technology + science. 
Beside the work, She is studying Design thinking at Hasso-Plattner-Institut.
She is learning the process of creating an innovative idea and team dynamics through the challenges of various types projects such as design of urban, product, and culture and community development, with both users, clients and professionals.

Prior to moving Berlin, She worked at LINE as a UX Designer and Project Manager. 
Through her work, She has directed and planned all aspects of the deliverables for UX design on various projects of world-class applications at large corporations and startups. Saki is passionate about translating human experiences and insights into business impact through stories that connect products to people’s lives.

She also worked at a graphic design office as a writer / event planner. Here she drew on her passion for culture on the subjects of contemporary and media art, music, graphic design, photography, film, fashion, and architecture. She is working as a freelance writer and coordinator now as well.
She studied Social Science, Cultual Studies, Media and Documentary Filmmaking with professional movie directors at University and film distribution and production company. She created films around the theme of “The Body Theory,” creating documentaries covering contemporary dance and the performing arts. (featuring dancers Kazuo Ohno, Min Tanaka, and Kaiji Moriyama)
